Coaching Intensive
Life & Mindset Coaching Sessions
This journey will encompass Personal Development, Behavioral Science, BioMedical & Metaphysical components, so we need to approach this journey together with a full commitment for Progress & Success.
What does that mean?
A 3-Month commitment from both of US!
We will begin with a free, consultation & conversation - and create a Coaching relationship foundation to move forward with.
Our sessions can be conducted by phone, online or in-person. (I can travel to you for an additional fee.)
3-Month Intensive Coaching Commitment will consist of:
- 1:1 weekly Coaching meeting (90 minutes) to target topics and create a plan of action for the 3 months = up to 12 (1:1) Coaching sessions for the 3 month commitment.
- In addition - unlimited check-ins by email or text- every month for 3 months.
